Use: After shampooing, pat dry excess water, wrap curlers around hair and evenly saturate all locks, starting from the nape of the neck. Leave on for 10 to 20 minutes, checking curls. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and set with ECHOS WAVE Neutralizer (Let it sit for 8-10 minutes). Warnings: contains thioglycolic acid salts.
